Mr. Reid is an oyster grower who developed a state-of-the-art floating upweller system for oyster growout (FLUPSY), pioneered a system of oyster growout trays and brought them to market. He has also built a more advanced shellfish raft and is currently developing a harvester system to go over shellfish rafts.
