He has worked with catfish, tilapia, hard clams, oysters, hybrid striped bass, and penaeid shrimp. He has been involved in developing numerous projects and programs in the state of Florida and is very knowledgeable on systems, processes, funding and regulations in the "Sunshine State." Presently, Mr. Ednoff is a part owner of a clam farm and works for an Economic Development Organization specializing in agriculture, aquaculture, research and marine science. He spent many years at Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute in Florida and working with the Florida State Government in oyster and clam culture development.
