Description:
The machine can process two rope lines simultaneously at rates up to 2500 scallops per hour. Operation of the machine is very simple and fast. Using conveyors, the machine moves scallops through separate stations which position scallops in pairs alongside braided rope. The length of rope and spacing of scallops are adjustable, and the drill can be adjusted according to scallop size. The machine can be operated manually or automatically to allow flexibility in speed, and individual operation keys are available for independent control of the separate stations. Most of the machine parts are aluminum or stainless steel, and the microprocessors are well protected from water damage. The machine is equipped with castors, so can be moved easily.

Use:
Drill holes in the scallop ears and the rope, and insert plastic pins through the holes to attach the scallops to the rope.
